Databases by Name - Annotated

The WCC Library subscribes to over 50 databases containing articles from newspapers, magazines and scholarly journals, books, videos, images, audio recordings, maps, primary sources, opinions, statistics, and more. Some of these databases have information on a wide variety of topics in one or more formats. Most, however, focus on a particular subject area or format.

  • Agricola
    From the U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Library. Includes journal articles, books, theses, patents, software, audiovisual materials, and technical reports.

    Focusing on alternative, complementary, holistic and integrated approaches to health care and wellness, this offers articles, reports, pamphlets, booklets, original research and book excerpts.

    News from the Associated Press going back 30 days.
  • ARTstor
    A huge collection of digital images in the arts, architecture, humanities & sciences. Hint: register for an account while on campus to enable remote access and other features.
